The staff provided excellent service, from room service to laundry and housekeeping. They even offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which made us feel instantly welcome and taken care of. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The sitting area and terrace provided a comfortable space to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The rooms were soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment when needed. Dining at the restaurant was a delightful experience, with a wide variety of delicious dishes and a cozy bar/lounge area. The breakfast spread was impressive and filling, perfect to start the day off right. The picnic area and outdoor dining area were lovely options for enjoying meals outside. The staff were attentive and accommodating, making us feel like VIP guests. The spa and wellness center offered a wide range of relaxing amenities, including a sauna, solarium, and spa lounge. The garden area was a tranquil oasis, with BBQ facilities and comfortable sun loungers. The Wi-Fi was reliable and the on-site car park provided convenient parking options. The luggage storage and locker room were helpful for storing our belongings. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable stay, with fantastic service and amenities.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being in close proximity to the Netherlands, Venlo, and easily accessible via motorways and country roads. The double room had everything I needed, and the breakfast options were diverse and enjoyable.

The facilities were top-notch, and we were impressed by the efficient handling of our last-minute date change. The spacious ground floor suite with a small terrace was perfect for enjoying the warm weather. Check-in and check-out were fast and smooth, and the staff was friendly. It's also conveniently located, just a short drive from Venlo and the Cologne/Düsseldorf expo grounds. We highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

The restaurant here was reasonably priced for dinner, we both ordered excellent dishes. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the amenities included an individual safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. The services were excellent.

The rooms were relaxing and brand-new, had smoke detectors for safety. Pleasant and super position was an added bonus. It was set in a lovely area.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hotel! The beds were super comfy, giving us a great night's sleep after a long day. The location was perfect, close to the main highway but surprisingly peaceful and quiet. The hotel's beautiful grounds were a lovely place to relax and enjoy the holiday season.

There were a few things that could have been better. there was no electric kettle or telephone in the room, which was a bit inconvenient.
